What Is Your Returns Policy?
To return any unused item, please fill out the return information on the packing slip, include it with your shipment, and send it back to Wicked Sports via UPS or FedEx. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or new item, we will absorb the shipping charges for sending the new product to you. However, shipping and handling charges for the returned item are not refundable.

When Will My Order Ship?
Subject to credit card verification, most orders will ship within one (1) business day. Orders received before 2:00 pm PST will ship out the same day. Currently, we do not ship products on the weekends. Naturally, this does not pertain to pre-orders for products not yet available. Those items will ship when available.
How Can I Track My Order?
Following placement of your order, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. You can also track your order status by logging in to your Wicked Sports account.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time. We only ship within the Continental United States.
What Is Your Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee Policy?
Wicked Sports is committed to the satisfaction of customers and we stand behind our products with a commitment you can trust. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product you received, we will gladly exchange it, replace it, or credit your account within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs.
Wicked Sports warrants to the original purchaser of our products a warranty for defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of purchase. If you need to make a warranty claim, please provide an original receipt, warranty card registration, online registration, or other acceptable documentation. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.

My Order Is Not Being Accepted. Why Is That?
The main reasons orders are not accepted include entry of incorrect credit card information or an expired card. If you are having difficulties placing an order online, please contact us at info@wickedsportsteam.com or 619-929-0292 for assistance during business hours.

What Is California Prop 65?
California Proposition 65 requires that a “clear and reasonable warning” be provided by any company that manufactures, produces, assembles, processes, handles, distributes, stores, sells, or otherwise transfers a consumer product which may contain a chemical “known” to the state of California that may cause cancer or reproductive toxicity to any person the product is sold or transferred.
Wicked Sports is fully committed to providing the highest quality, safest products for our customers. All products we offer meet applicable federal safety and warning requirements, standards, and regulations as enforced by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Procedures are in place as part of our product safety initiatives throughout our supply chain to ensure the purchase and use of raw materials meet Prop 65 lead standards.
